CLUB with Fátima

Bonjour!

Here are a few pictures from the last class of the September-October CLUB with Fátima. She created a ring with an organic shape and flow.

After the process of lost wax casting into metal, her piece was ready for the finishing steps of filing, sanding and polishing.

Using a rotary tool with a sandpaper mandrel, she filed her ring to smoothen its surface.

She then proceeded to polishing with a sanding pad.

For the last step she used a bench buffer, giving her ring a mirror finish.
