Shipping policy

Because all jewelry by SÓLIDA is handmade and a large part of what we make is made to order, we may be unable to give you exact shipping dates.

The turn around times indicated on each product page are estimated dates.

Many of our product listings indicate wether an item is currently in stock or not. If you see an item you like but it is not available on the online store at all or not available in your size, please do not hesitate to reach out to us as we may have more stock that is not yet listed or we can make a piece of jewelry in your wanted size.

Most of the products from our collections are not always in stock and are handmade to order, therefore your purchase will be shipped within 3-4 weeks.

For CUSTOM pieces, we require a particular timeframe for the creation of your jewel; we first need you to get in touch with us to let us know about your idea, the materials, sizing and other specifics that you are after. We will send you a proposal with a quote and give you an estimated time to craft your order. If you agree with our proposal, we will issue you an invoice and give you an estimate date for shipping.

We ship orders Monday-Friday. Items that are in stock take between three to five business days to be fulfilled for shipment in Costa Rica.

All orders shipping inside Costa Rica are handled by a private courier inside the GAM (Gran Área Metropolitana).

If you place an order with multiple items, we will ship your order once all items are ready.

 

International orders

All international orders are final sales.

*International customers are responsible for any additional duties or tax fees that may be applied by customs in the country they are ordering from.

All orders shipping from Costa Rica are handled by DHL.
